As you know, the intersection of pets and human rights is a thorny one. While a condominium’s declaration may ban a pet, Ontario’s Human Rights Code may permit it. A recent decision from the Condominium Authority Tribunal has given sharper focus on this debate, letting us know when human rights apply, and when it does not.
