Terms of Use – Elevator Booking / Move Process

The following terms apply to all move-ins, move-outs, deliveries of furniture, appliances, large fixtures, building materials, or other oversized items within the property.

No furniture, large appliance, fixture, or oversized item may be moved into or out of the building without prior written approval from MCRS Property Management.

The Board of Directors and/or On-Site Superintendent(s), in coordination with Property Management, will assist with scheduling the elevator booking and ensuring that protective wall coverings are installed prior to use of the elevator cab for any move or delivery.

A minimum of three (3) business days’ notice is required to allow sufficient time for scheduling and preparation.

Only one (1) move booking will be permitted per day, as the building is serviced by a single elevator.

Moving is not permitted on Sundays or statutory holidays.

Approved Elevator Booking Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Please note that owners and tenants are responsible for any and all damage caused to the common elements by themselves, their occupants, guests, movers, contractors, trades, or delivery personnel during any move, delivery, or elevator booking. Any costs incurred for repair or replacement of common elements resulting from the booking will be charged back to the unit owner and/or tenant and collected in the same manner as condominium fees or rent, where applicable.
