About MCRS
MCRS is licensed under the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) in accordance with the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015. We service client condominium corporations across the region with a current mix of 70% permanent residence condos and 30% waterfront seasonal residence condos. MCRS operates from Muskoka serving our clients through remote management platforms in partnership with successful “Board Management Teams” in harmony.

Commercial tenants require a sophisticated level of expertise and attention to detail; our commercial management clients enjoy the benefit of knowledgeable managers and 24/7 emergency response.

Would recommend renting through MCRS. They follow all the legal rules and regulations and are very easy to work with and responsive to any problems in the unit. My building owners were incredibly kind too, helping where needed and even sent the tenants treats at Christmas which was a first for me. Common areas like the laundry room were kept clean and the snow plowing always got done in a timely manner.
