And right now, like the rest of the world, we are doing what we can to keep our managed client homes safe during this unprecedented global pandemic. These measures include supplying hand sanitizer in indoor common areas, increasing cleaning protocols, and discouraging non-essential visitors.
In addition to these efforts, we have instituted the following protocols with respect to showing apartments that are coming available for rent:
- Viewings are presently restricted to serious applicants only;
- Health and recent travel information will be required from applicants and any tenants in residence on the day of the showing;
- Public health guidelines on physical distancing are to be observed during the showing (frequent hand sanitizing, maintain 6’ distance, etc.)
- When viewing a unit, individuals are to make their best effort not to touch any surfaces;
New measures and recommendations may be introduced as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation with these safety measures, designed to protect our staff, our residents, and you.
