On Monday, May 16th, 2022 – Reba and Joan were able to step into Laketree to see how everything is coming along! Although it’s still clearly an active construction site – the suites are coming along very nicely and we are looking forward to welcoming our first tenant on Monday, May 30th, 2022!

Some Questions Answered:
We have been compiling questions over the last few weeks and have been able to get some answers for you! Although we cannot do specific measurements of units, I have been advised of the following information:
- The desk area shown in the renderings is not built in so tenants will have this space free to use as they please
- The bathrooms have automatic fans as well as Mirrors and Shower Curtain Rods will be installed
- There are electrical outlets located on the balconies
- Mailboxes will be installed towards the end of May and should be ready to use by the first move-in. Please do not redirect your mail to the property until this time as it may get lost.

We have received confirmation that the meters have been installed. Each tenant is required to contact Hydro One to set up their Account. Hydro One has everyone’s scheduled move-in date and will be doing a final meter reading the morning of your move-in, so Greystone will be paying for their specific hydro usage.

If you have signed up for the group internet package (which would have been through your lease) you are required to register your account.
Please call 1-888-988-0818 to complete this step to ensure that your internet is installed by your move-in date! During the call, you will be required to provide your unit number and full name so they can ensure the setup is completed correctly.
LAKETREE Gym Facility
Many have been wondering about the progress of the Gym Facility!
Below is the design rendering we have been provided from Matrix Equipment to give you an idea of what will be in the space.
We are hoping to have the gym up and running by the end of June however, like many things effected by Covid – this depends on delivery dates.
We will keep all tenants in the loop when we know of any updates!
The Gym will consist of:
- 2 Treadmills,
- 2 Ellipticals
- 1 Recumbent Bike
- 1 Upright Cycle
- Converging Chest Press
- Diverging Lat Pulldown
- Leg Press
- Adjustable incline bench
- Dumbell Rack
