Caution signs for wet paint and slippery floors, hours of operation for gym doors, contact information for visitors, no smoking signage – a well-managed building is a well-signed building. What does this mean? It means that signs are placed in logical areas to provide key or general information that one may require while entering a facility for the first time
(signs can also be great reminders for long-term residents!).
When assuming management of any new community, a good manager takes a good look around and makes suggestions about areas where signage may be lacking. Custom signage is relatively affordable these days and these little details provide a nice touch!
